Day 1

Okay day 1- went great. No cheating. 

So 15 000 steps. One hour on the treadmill. 35 on elliptical. 3 x 15 push-ups. 

Food- salad for dinner. Soup for lunch. Granola bar for breakfast. Snack piece of cheese and half cup of skinny popcorn. 

Bed early.
