So I'm going to try this for the next thirty days. I will post evey day. I will be all about honesty with my measurements, what I weigh, what I ate and what exercise I did in that day.
By doing this I hope to hold myself accountable to my actions and keep motivated.
I will post day 1 pictures and hopefully after 30 days there will be a big difference. I do have specific goals that are long term goals but for the sake of this thirty day challenge here are my goals.
Lose 10 pounds
Do 12 000 plus step a day 5/6 times a week
Go to the gym 2 times a week
Continue with the plank challenge at work. 4/5 times a week.
Push ups 4 times a week 3x15
I will update this with a mini workout that I will follow.
Now for the hard part.
Food. I'm going to do no carbs. So basically no bread. No wine (Lordy that one will be hard). Same I will update this once I do more research.
